On June 25th, Hailir’s subsidiary Qingdao Otis Biotechnology Co., Ltd. was renovated and upgraded the automated production line of agrochemical preparations with an annual output of 10,000 tons, and the environmental review and approval of the 23,000 tons of agrochemical preparations and fertilizer manufacturing projects was approved in principle. The total investment of the project amounts to 92.15 million yuan.
The project plans to expand the existing water-based preparation workshop and add 23,000 tons of agrochemical preparations and fertilizer products after the expansion. The project plans to add 6 suspending agent production lines, 6 automatic filling lines, and 2 automatic horizontal machines in the water-based preparation workshop. The new product capacity includes suspending agent 4920t/a, microcapsules 2016t/a, and oil suspension. The project also plans to upgrade and transform part of the production lines of the existing EC workshop and powder workshop. After the upgrade, the EC workshop and powder workshop are expected to add 10,000 tons of agrochemical preparation products each year. After the upgrading and transformation of some production lines in the emulsifiable concentrate workshop and the powder workshop, the new product capacity includes suspending agent 2006.83t/a, microcapsule 822.21t/a, oil suspension agent 1229.67t/a, microemulsion 913.57t/a, and water emulsion 522.04t /a, water 965.77t/a, emulsifiable concentrate 1540.02t/a, wettable powder 1152.86t/a, soluble powder 135.53t/a, water dispersible granules 643.73t/a, water-soluble granules 67.77t/a.
